Values
At Gesher Campus Care, our core values are rooted in accessibility, cultural competence, and emotional well-being. We believe that every Jewish college student and faculty member deserves access to a safe, supportive therapeutic space. By connecting individuals with vetted therapists trained in addressing antisemitism and culturally specific challenges, we ensure that our community receives care that is both professional and empathetic. Additionally, we are committed to breaking financial barriers by offering financial assistance to students in need, reinforcing our belief that mental health support should never be out of reach due to cost. Our dedication to these values empowers Jewish students and faculty to navigate their personal and academic lives with resilience and confidence.
Goals
Gesher Campus Care is committed to expanding mental health support for Jewish college students and faculty across the country by ensuring they have access to culturally informed, compassionate care. Our goal is to create a nationwide network of licensed therapists who are not only highly qualified but also specifically trained to address the unique challenges faced by the Jewish community, including antisemitism, identity struggles, and campus-related stressors. By providing financial assistance to students in need and continuously educating therapists on the evolving mental health needs of this population, we strive to make therapy both accessible and effective.
Through these efforts, we aim to foster a stronger, more resourceful community where every individual can thrive emotionally and academically.
